Participation of trainees and young employees through the establishment of a mentoring programme
Participation for us means to see ourselves as part of the company and to experience recognition and appreciation. With our sub-project we promote the participation of apprentices and young employees in regional companies and institutions by establishing a mentoring programme. This is intended to strengthen the health and satisfaction of the participants.
Our goal is to activate the health awareness of young employees through social participation.
The trainee mentorship programme assists first-year apprentices in settling into and getting used to the company and promotes the self-worth of more experienced trainees. As a result, all young employees see themselves as part of the company and learn recognition and appreciation. This strengthens identification with the company and promotes satisfaction and health.
